By making a purchase through our e-commerce site, the customer acknowledges that they are aware of and agree to all the conditions described in this policy.

 

1. Purchase Cancellation

The customer may request to cancel the order after the purchase is confirmed.

The request must be sent exclusively to the email address [email protected], and must include:

Order number

Full name

Buyer's CPF (Individual Taxpayer ID)

After receiving the request, a full refund of the product will be issued within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the cancellation request.

 

2. Product Return

The customer has the right to request a return of the product within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

To request a return, the customer must send an email to [email protected], including:

Order number

Full name

Buyer's CPF (Individual Taxpayer ID)

The product must be returned in:

Perfect condition

No signs of use

In the same original packaging in which it was received

Along with all accessories and manuals received with the product

After the product has been returned and analyzed by our team, a full refund will be issued within 30 (thirty) calendar days.

 

3. Important Notes

The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase.

If the product is not returned in the aforementioned conditions, the request may be refused and the product returned to the customer.

Shipping costs related to the return may be communicated to the customer at the time of the request, if applicable.
