Article 42 of Law 9,279 of 05/14/1996 states: "A patent grants its holder the right to prevent third parties, without their express consent, from producing, using, offering for sale, importing, a product or process that is the subject of the patent". The holder of a patented product or process is also granted the right to obtain compensation for undue exploitation, including in relation to the period prior to the patent.
When purchasing accessories that require installation (without a quick coupling), we recommend taking them to the nearest technical support partner for correct installation at the customer's expense, or contacting our After-Sales department who will instruct you on how to do it. These accessories may be sent in different freight rates than the chair.
The user should seek a specialist physiotherapist or occupational therapist for fine adjustments if necessary.
