Delivery Policy

 

Products purchased from Green Innovation will be delivered by carriers or the Post Office, depending on the type of product or location of delivery.

In the case of using a carrier, it is not possible to schedule a date and time for deliveries, since we cannot anticipate the route chosen for each region.

When delivery is made by the Post Office, if there is no one to receive the product, the postman leaves a protocol at the indicated address, informing that the product is available to the customer at the origin agency.

The Post Office makes 3 delivery attempts and if the delivery is unsuccessful, after the third attempt the product is returned to Green Innovation. If this occurs, Green Innovation will contact the customer to schedule a new delivery. Delivery times are Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, and are not made on Sundays and holidays.

Shipping cost: The shipping fee will be charged according to a table defined according to the delivery location of the products purchased on the website. If you purchase products from a promotion with free shipping, along with another product that is not part of the promotion, shipping will only be charged for the latter.

The goal is to seek comfort, durability, economy and aesthetics, to better serve our customers. Therefore, changes may occur in the products between the date of order and the date of delivery. They will always be added, improved items, with more advanced technology. Whenever this possibility arises, regardless of notice, they will be incorporated so that the customer receives the most modern, most updated version. And all this at no additional cost to the customer. By signing this agreement, the purchaser agrees to receive the improvements regardless of prior notice, maintaining all legal and contractual guarantees.
